Primary Responsibilities
Supervises assigned personnel and related loan QC functions by managing daily workflow, resources, and scheduling to ensure all functions are fully covered
Responsible for directing and guiding employees with problem resolution when issues or questions need to be resolved
Provides employees with training resources necessary to ensure they are thoroughly educated in all aspects of their job functions
Performs periodic reviews of related procedures to ensure they are appropriate, thorough and accurate
Provides coaching guidance and identifies appropriate development opportunities and resources for assigned staff to ensure continuous improvement
Maintains an in depth knowledge of the commercial, consumer and residential loan products that are offered by the banks
Prepares various reports for management, including reports showing adherence to quality standards
Participates in loan QC related audits, providing requested documentation and liaison support
Assists management with special departmental projects including research, testing and implementation as requested

Desired Experience
Associates Degree in Business of Finance
Minimum of three years of current experience performing or supervising loan QC functions
Solid knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations that pertain to Loan Operation s
Demonstrated success at being self-directed with independent ability to translate assignments into plans and actions
Strong understanding of how loan products function within a core operating system
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Superior computer and strong MS Excel and other MS desktop applications
Ability to perform independent analysis utilizing exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills
