Job Description:
Who we are looking forAn individual with 4+ years of securities
industry experience working with equity and fixed income
instruments within broker-dealer trade processing middle office.
Experience with operations application updates and projects related
to trade processing middle office functions is essential.
Candidates must have experience with risk controls and establishing
procedures for new workflows and products. The role requires
managing complex tasks, promoting industry knowledge and skills
development, and ensuring trade processing operations are completed
accurately, timely, and in accordance with procedures to minimize
risk. The candidate will provide guidance and direction to
operational teams, oversee strategic projects, execute robust
processing controls, implement new processes for operational
efficiency, and deliver high-quality service.
