Job Description:
Sodexo, a global leader in integrated food and facilities
management services, is seeking a seasoned Unit Controller 3 to
join our Finance department. This role is pivotal in enhancing the
operational efficiency and financial integrity of our services that
directly contribute to the quality of life our company stands for.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the
financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting policies
and fiscal regulations, and developing strategies to maximize
profitability and sustainability within the assigned units. Manage
daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and
reporting. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for
cost savings and profit enhancement. Ensure compliance with
accounting practices, standards, and legislation. Coordinate with
other department heads to compile financial data and reports.
Supervise and support finance department staff in achieving
financial objectives. Conduct regular financial audits and prepare
reports for senior management. Assist in strategic planning and
risk management activities. Strong proficiency in financial
software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical,
decision-making, and problem-solving skills Robust understanding of
financial regulations and accounting principles Effective
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and
prioritize multiple tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar
certification preferred
