Tax Senior - Waltham, MA (Greater Boston Area) Who: A
detail-oriented tax professional with strong review experience and
a passion for client service. What: Review multi-state and federal
tax returns, support tax engagements, train staff, and collaborate

Senior will support a broad client base across multiple industries
and play a key role in the continued growth of the tax practice
while enjoying long-term career advancement without the need to
relocate. Key Responsibilities: ? Review federal and multi-state
tax returns, with an emphasis on flow-through entities. ? Conduct
tax research using online tools. ? Perform general accounting tasks
as needed on engagements. ? Train, mentor, and develop Staff
Accountants. ? Communicate proactively with managers, leadership,
and clients. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
Master’s preferred. ? CPA certification or active pursuit of
licensure. ? 3 years of public accounting experience. ? Proven
review experience. ? Strong computer proficiency; experience with
ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement is a plus. ? Excellent
project management, leadership, and communication skills. ? Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of
