A certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a full-time, onsite role in Springfield, MA, for the 2026-2027 school year, working within a school setting. This position focuses on behavior intervention and support for students, ensuring a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs tailored to individual student needs Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to promote consistent behavioral strategies Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly to maximize success Provide training and support to school personnel regarding behavioral strategies and data collection Required Qualifications: Licensed and certified Massachusetts BCBA with active credentials Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations Ability to conduct thorough behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Reliable transportation to and from the site and punctual attendance Successful completion of required background screenings and drug testing Location: Springfield, Massachusetts (onsite) Contract Details: Full-time position covering August 2026 through June 2027 Work exclusively onsite to maintain direct student interaction Interview conducted via Microsoft Teams (1530 minutes) This role is ideal for a behavior specialist passionate about making a measurable impact on student development through evidence-based practices within an educational environment.
