TXM Inc has partnered with a global leader who specializes in the production of fine wire and is looking to expand its company by adding a Process Engineer! My client is launching a new department within its company and is looking for a skilled candidate with medical device experience to join them.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate to on a team where they will be valued for their skills. My client has the feel of a massive company but has roughly 200 employees where everyone chips in to get the job done. If you are looking for a culture that makes you feel welcomed everyday look no further! The Responsibilities of a Process Engineer are to:

• Support the Process Engineering department
• Develop, implement, and optimize various manufacturing processes
• Act as the liaison between customers and production
• Interface with customers
• Assist in continuous quality improvement activities
  Qualifications for the Process Engineer role are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ year of experience in the medical device industry
  • Have experience with extrusion and film coating
  • Experience with new product development
  • Experience working with customers
  • Must be a good communicator
