You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions.General Responsibilities:

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
• Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
• Incorporate human design thinking into solution design
• Deliver solutions in Workday across Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
• Effectively communicate across team and stakeholders and influences solutions across groups
• Collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results
• Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
• Maintain up to date documentation and controls for system implementation
• Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issuesBasic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience with Workday.
  • At least 4 years of enterprise system configuration experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with HR processesPreferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience with Workday
    • Experience working in an agile delivery environment
    • At least 2 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Custom Reports or RaaS solutions
    • Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform to support candidate and associate experience using web service technologies, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT
    • Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies, security, troubleshooting system issues, data analysis, vendor management and coordination with other HR/Enterprise teamsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Location is New York City: $131,400 - $150,000 for Senior Platform EngineerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
