Job Description:
Clean Harbors is actively seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join
our dynamic team in the Engineering & Maintenance department,
focusing on optimizing our fleet of specialized automotive
equipment used in environmental, energy, and industrial services.
The role is pivotal for ensuring operational excellence,
sustainability, and compliance with environmental standards. The
successful candidate will oversee asset management strategies
across North America, enhancing the lifecycle and utilization of
automotive resources. Develop and implement comprehensive asset
management plans for automotive equipment critical to environmental
services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
equipment meets safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Manage budgeting, procurement, and maintenance schedules to
optimize asset costs and performance. Leverage data analytics to
predict equipment failures and plan preventative maintenance.
Supervise a team of asset specialists and maintenance staff,
providing leadership and technical guidance. Ensure compliance with
all federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Continuously evaluate asset management tools and technologies for
potential adoption to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Strong
understanding of automotive engineering and maintenance processes.
Proficient in asset management software and data analysis tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. Knowledge of
environmental, health, and safety regulations in the automotive and
industrial sectors. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is an asset.
