Job Description:

As the product manager you will be leading development and ongoing optimization of Randstads new front office system R1, specifically being responsible for recruiting requirements within R1 for the professionals concepts, research and testing working horizontally under our R1 global and local product teams.Reporting to our Global Product Manager you will drive the roadmap, strategy, requirements, and evolution of the recruiting consultants experience in the front office whilst driving our business towards becoming end user centric.You are accountable for maximizing the value of the product. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap of all squads that are responsible for developing the new global R1 platform and your role is to manage and define backlog prioritization business harmonization.

  • You are responsible for the product roadmap and priorities in the backlog, leading the POs to deliver on your instruction.
  • Lead, manage and document the product roadmap based on professionals recruiter user research, competitive analysis, understanding of the market, and business stakeholder feedback
  • Responsible for growing the performance of the product across all countries
  • Provide analysis, recommendations and product strategy definition for key areas of recruiting
  • Define and write product epics and drive prioritization within a dedicated agile team
  • Define, execute and manage test plans to drive product growth
  • Collaborate with partners throughout the organization Marketing, UX, Data Science, Development and Sales
  • Define and execute user research with the user experience team and country specific subject matter experts
  • You will be responsible for guiding our teams, being the voice of the customer (both business and end user) and making sure that all the relevant information is given to the relevant agile team.
  • You will help manage and maintain stakeholder relationships across the entire organizationtypical responsibilities:
    • to drive features / functionalities to perform business processes
    • to iterate and optimize on the global core
    • build research & design with a global mindset
    • to build client side testing
    • to work with tech to build server side testing
    • deliver all technical requirements to agile teams via collaborationyour background
      • Understanding HR industry and recruiting processes associated with product
      • Data driven product manager
      • Strong business acumen with at least 5+ years staffing recruiting industry experience in a professionals environment
      • A track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
      • High attention to detail
      • You know how to be part of a team and work with technical stakeholders as well as non technical. You are focused and can work towards a vision / target that is set.
      • You have experience in working with multiple stakeholders at once in a complex organization.
      • You can shift gears quickly between outlining and guiding the strategic use of the product to describing detailed functionality questions and relay these back to the team.
      • You have experience working with design teams, or marketing and IT ones.
      • You have experience in working in a fast paced team, with international experience being a bonus.Whats in it for you:
