At Breezeline, you will get the opportunity to manage, influence, play, create, fix, and re-shape the industry.Job SummaryThe PMO Director will be responsible for managing the complete life cycle of all functional projects within the organization, including approval, execution, risk mitigation planning and assessment, budgets, and closeout. You will work with vendors and internal team members to establish goals, develop timelines, milestones, and track critical project progress plus achievements. In addition, will lead teams, projects, share expertise, and be a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. This position reports to the VP of Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics and PMO. This role can be Hybrid or Remote.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the project/program management office (PMO): help achieve better quality, consistency and oversight of projects across the enterprise by developing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards and tools.
  • Set standards for project management capabilities, including certifications and qualifications for Project Managers, success measurement criteria, methodologies, tools to be used, etc.
  • Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
  • Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.
  • Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
  • Creates and maintains process workflow documents to support business needs.
  • Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for project status. Maintains communication with stakeholders and sets the RAG status.
  • Facilitates and leads project meetings.
  • Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.
  • Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Qualifications/Requirements:
    • BS/BA Degree preferred or Equivalent
    • Project Management certification or an equal degree in Project Management
    • Expert-level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches
    • 15+ years' experience in a program management role responsible for building and implementing programs that are responsive to the needs of rapidly growing organizations.
    • Demonstrated success launching enterprise technology solutions on-time and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
    • High degree of initiative and capacity to lead multiple priorities of significant scope in a fast-paced environmentAvailable Benefits:
