Job Description:
Summary: Deliver high-quality patient care and lead nursing
staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
To maintain the nursing staff in all areas and deliver safe,
efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and their families,
you will provide routine patient care, collaborate with the
interdisciplinary team, and maintain employee records. You will
also identify needs for and provide staff education and
development, participate in discharge planning, community resource
referrals, and education, and oversee daily operations of the unit
or area in a cost-effective manner.

**Qualifications:**
--- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
--- 1+ years of clinical experience
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
and integrity
--- Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient
needs and prescribed medical therapies
--- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
--- Certification in a specialty clinical area or leadership within
2 years
--- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently
**Physical Demands:**
--- Standing frequently

--- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 50 pounds
frequently
--- Climbing occasionally
--- Balancing occasionally
