Job Description:

NeuroRestorative, a member of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. Do you have extensive experience in psychotherapeutic methods and psychosocial assessment? Bring your therapeutic and management skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. As the Clinical Program Director, you will work alongside the Medical Director and Executive Team to provide clinical leadership and oversight for all service staff. Oversee and manage the state's clinical programs and services; design treatment protocols.
Manage and supervise clinical staff by providing continuous coaching.
Ensure that individual and family psychotherapy and case management services are being delivered according to company standards to the individuals served.
Assign caseloads, evaluate performance for quality assurance, conduct new employee orientation, manage staff development, and design staff training.
Make recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state licensing requirements, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Ensure appropriate assessments for all individuals served, implementing best practice, and emerging practice protocols.
Collaborate with Executive Team on development, tracking, and reporting of service outcomes.
Provide clinical consultation and develop processes and protocols (needs assessment, service strategies, clinical interventions, etc.) for complex cases, as needed/indicated. Qualifications: Master's degree required; Ph.D. in Social Services field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years post-licensure experience in the use of psychosocial assessment and psychotherapeutic methods and measures in a hospital, clinic, or agency.
Licensure as required by state.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
