By leveraging the power of digital technologies and data, we aim to improve the lives of our patients, consumers, & employees and uniquely serve unmet needs.**Responsibilities:**+ Responsible for ensuring seamless end-user technology experience for C-level suite and executives.+ Responsible for operational management of VIP/Executive support including requests/incidents, mobile device management, and identity management.+ Partners with the Infrastructure, Applications, and Services to resolve issues for VIP/Executive end users.+ Manage the VIP/Executive processes with the Managed service Parners to ensure high service levels/processes are adhered to.+ Ensure VIP/Executives are identified in support tools/processes/technologies and reviewed monthly to ensure accuracy.+ Travel with C-level executives as required.**Qualifications****Position Requirements:**+ BA/BS required and degree in STEM field preferred+ 6 years of relevant technology experience+ Demonstrated experience delivering services directly to executives.+ Excellent communication skills (oral, business writing, presenting and listening) in English and local language.+ Broad base technology and process background. experience in multiple technology domains such as end-user computing, productivity, collaboration, server, network, storage, etc.+ Ability to maintain high degree of professionalism, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities_At Johnson & Johnson, we're on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
