Concord Hospital (CH) seeks an experienced and accomplished leader to serve as its next Vice President of Operations (VP). Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Concord Hospital, the VP is responsible for planning, organizing and directing system operations, select system clinical operational areas/departments and additional support services as needed. Located in central New Hampshire, CH is high-performing and the region's preferred employer.Over the past two decades, CH has evolved from a community hospital to a multi-site integrated healthcare system that includes three hospitals and multiple ambulatory sites. CH manages 457 licensed beds across the state. Concord Hospital Medical Group is one of the largest and most sophisticated multispecialty medical groups in the region. Concord Hospital, the health system's flagship entity in the State's capital, is historically the busiest acute care hospital in the state with 295 licensed beds and one of only three Level II Trauma Centers in New Hampshire.The VP will serve as a member of the senior management team while overseeing clinical and non-clinical support areas including: lab, pharmacy, radiology and imaging, respiratory care, inpatient rehab, orthopaedic surgery center and cancer center in addition to overseeing clinical nutrition services. This leader will facilitate, measure, evaluate and interpret care needs of patients and performance of staff while directing activities accordingly and meeting the directives established by the Concord Hospital COO.
