Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Emerson Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care to patients in the Medical, high-level Telemetry, and Stroke Department.
• Collaborate with nursing management to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.Requirements
  • Graduate of a professional accredited nursing school required.
  • BSN preferred.
  • 1-2 years inpatient Medical Surgical experience preferred.
  • Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
  • BLS healthcare provider required.
