Our nurses are integral in a patient's continuum of care in an autonomous nurse-led and governed home care agency! We support nurses with a place to grow in their RN career and use a wide variety of nursing skills. Although you are in the field 1x1 with your patient your team and manager are a phone call away, you are an integral part of an autonomous, high functioning, collaborative team where our nurses thrive. We have a thorough preceptorship and training process so our nurses feel confident and supported with ongoing learning and development sessions and support.
High Tech nurses will support with adult and pediatric patients, so the ideal candidate will be open to cross covering both areas.
On-call: Not Required
Incentives: $10,000 Sign On Bonus for full time external applicants, prorated for part time roles! -Additional terms and conditions apply. Evening, Night and Weekend Differentials range from $2 - $5.20!
