Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery Profession:

of experience required. License: Current Registered Nurse license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (preferred) Must-Have: Experience in
Labor & Delivery or Postpartum Couplet Care Description: L&D RN
Needed for a Birthing Pavilion. We are looking for a competent and
dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. We
expect all of our nurses to be proficient in all areas of the
Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum model. Our facility
performs approximately 1,300 deliveries each year. There are 21
rooms, a 2-bed triage room, and 2 operating rooms available. We
adhere to staffing guidelines which include nurse-to-patient ratios
of 1:1 for Pitocin and active labors/intermittent monitoring. The
ratios also include 1:2 for cervical ripening, 1:1 with Pitocin,
1:2 for high-risk medication including Magnesium Sulfate and
Insulin drips, and 1:3 for Antepartum and Postpartum couplets.
Straight night shifts are available. We also consider candidates
with experience in Labor and Delivery or Postpartum Couplet
Care.
