TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lebanon, New Hampshire, 03766! Pay Information $2,340 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: 3 years of current Medical Surgical experience, previous travel experience (at least 6 months), Tele/Progressive Care experience preferred License: Active nursing license Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: EPIC EMR experience, ability to work the posted schedule without accommodations Description: Travelers will not request shift accommodations during the interview. Travelers must be able to work the posted schedule as needed. For holiday coverage, travelers are required to work during designated holidays. Extensions requested to end in November or before the holidays will not be considered for the beginning of the following year. COVID vaccination strongly encouraged for the contract. Exemption forms will be provided upon request. Travelers must formulate an individual plan of care and revise it based on the patient's response to treatment. Coordination and supervision of patient care are necessary. Demonstration of the ability to organize and prioritize job functions is required. Utilization of assessment data to identify patient care needs, including patient education and discharge planning, is expected. Abnormal assessment data should be recognized and reported. Findings must be incorporated into the plan of care, including validation and revision of expected outcomes based on assessments. All patient care activities must be documented accurately and legibly. Tasks must be delegated appropriately to healthcare team members. Patient population includes pediatric to geriatric. Nurse to patient ratio may be 1:5, possible 1:7 on nights.
