Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Lancaster, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory TherapistJob Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Job Duration: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PMGuaranteed Hours: Experience: 2 years in an acute care hospital required; critical access hospital experience preferredLicense: Current relevant state License/Registration is requiredCertifications: - BLS required- Current ACLS certification or eligible for certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care- PALS and NRP certification required or must be obtainable within six months of hireMust-Have: - Ability to be clinically independent and experienced working with all age groups- Graduate from an approved/accredited Program of Respiratory CareJob Description:- The Respiratory Care Practitioner is a valuable member of the healthcare team, demonstrating knowledge, skill, and professionalism when interacting with peers and patients.- Provide age-appropriate care to a diversified patient population.- Demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and AARC standards of practice.- Equipment in department includes Drager ventilators and Vapotherm for high-flow oxygen.- Candidates must participate in transport and be on call 2-3 nights per week.- Position includes every other weekend shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.- Participation in a continuing education program is required.- Full-time and part-time positions qualify for a commencement bonus and a student loan repayment program.- Relocation assistance is available and includes a relocation bonus if beyond 100 miles.- Candidates are required to live within 30 minutes of the facility.- Employee benefits include full-time medical benefits, health savings care plan availability, dental, vision, and life insurance (short and long-term disability).
