24.00 Salary Range: $26.00 - $36.00 Pay Information: $5,000 Sign-On
Bonus Available Department Details Shifts are 12 hours long
(Rotating Not Required): 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM.
We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 for Full-Time Hours $5,000 for Part-Time Hours Perks: Work

Opportunities for career growth Job Summary The Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) delivers professional nursing care to residents of all
ages in a long-term care setting, under the guidance of a
registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The LPN
demonstrates a solid understanding of nursing principles relevant
to the clinical environment and practices within the full scope of
nursing expertise. This role involves utilizing appropriate
standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of
residents as outlined in their care plans. The LPN is responsible
for: Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents
Contributing to resident assessments and administering medications
or treatments as prescribed Providing technical support to
healthcare professionals as necessary Documenting resident
interactions and care outcomes Building and maintaining effective
relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and the public
Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Communicating clearly while maintaining confidentiality of
sensitive information Counseling residents and their families on
prevention and treatment plans under supervision Developing
self-care programs based on resident education principles
Performing additional related duties as assigned Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Graduation from an
accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse;
an Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. If IV
therapy/management skills are required, candidates must have
graduated from a Board-approved AASPN program that includes IV
therapy or completed an IV Therapy course approved by the North
Dakota Board of Nursing. Completion of a pre-licensure nursing
program that included supervised clinical experience across the
lifespan or a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN in
another facility. Specific roles may have additional educational or
training requirements. Possession of an unencumbered LPN license
from the State Nursing Board and/or multi-state licensure
privileges. Ability to obtain and maintain required
department-specific competencies and certifications, including
annual continuing education units (CEUs) and competency training.
