Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2 years CURRENT PT experience is Required Doctorate is REQUIRED Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy is Required Previous Rehab Experience is Required New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact - Must be uploaded with profile is Required Active American Heart Association BLS is Required Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Shift Details: Monday-Friday - Variable Days Working Hours: 40 hours Weekend Requirement: None Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed This facility will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of facility Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED Location Highlights Springfield, VT offers a blend of outdoor activities and cultural experiences.
