Telemetry with Charge – Vermont Start Date: March 16, 2026
Location: Springfield, Vermont Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday
coverage as required. 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio on adaptive acuity
unit. Occasional PCU assignments at 3:1 ratio. Overtime available
at regular rate. Holiday multiplier: 1.25% Highlights: 25-bed
adaptive acuity unit blending Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive
Care Charge nurse responsibilities required for all shifts Drip
experience and progressive care skills utilized regularly No call,
call-back, or non-billable orientation hours Opportunity to work in
a dynamic environment with cross-training to ICU-level care Float
to inpatient units within scope of practice as needed Requirements:
Vermont RN license or active Compact license Current BLS and ACLS
(American Heart Association) certifications Minimum 2 years of
current Med/Surg and Telemetry experience Charge nurse experience
required Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly required
Drip experience required ICU experience strongly preferred Minimum
3 months of previous travel experience (non-negotiable) Small
critical access facility experience preferred Current Med/Surg,
Telemetry, and PCU skills checklists (within 1 year) One
supervisory signed reference from within the past two years Must
have reliable personal transportation Willingness to float within
