Position Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for
a 14 week SNF/rehab contract, full time days, supporting adult and
geriatric rehab under OT supervision. Contract dates: 04/05/26
07/05/26 Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 30 min unpaid meal Guarantee: 35
hours/week Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / post acute and long
term care Gross Blended Rate :$30 - $44 per hour OR Position
summary Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for the same 14 week
SNF/rehab contract, full time days, evaluating and treating
residents and directing the OT plan of care. Contract dates:
04/05/26 07/05/26 Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 30 min unpaid meal
Guarantee: 35 hours/week Gross Blended Rate: $45- $60 per hour
