Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 60 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • 6 months of travel experience is required from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network. Additional Details: Required Skills / Experience: 5 years of med surg tele experience or 3 years of tele experience Must have completed 2 travel assignments in 300 bed facilities or have previous experience at any UVMHN acute care facility EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Preferred Credentials: Telemetry certification Unit / Facility Details: Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April. A reliable vehicle is preferred as housing options can sometimes be 15 minutes away. Parking is free onsite. Shift & Scheduling: Assignment for 16-32 weeks A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care Monday - Sunday Call Requirements: No Holiday Requirements: Yes Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
