Central Vermont Medical Center, part of the University of Vermont Health Network, is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist I-3 to join our team. Assess and manage patient respiratory care based on specific ailments or needs. Operate and maintain various types of respiratory care equipment. Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare team consultations and discussions. Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and condition management. Monitor patient responses to respiratory therapy and modify treatment plans accordingly. Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and compliance with regulatory standards. Proficient in the use of respirators, ventilators, and other respiratory equipment. Strong analytical skills to assess complex patient conditions. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Capability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential. Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Vermont.
