Unit Description: Baird 3 opened as an Adult Medicine – Telemetry unit in June 2019. The team that makes up Baird 3 was originally cultivated utilizing experienced UVMMC staff and newly hired staff from all over the world. Over the years, Baird 3 has created a positive and enthusiastic environment that uplifts and supports one another. Baird 3 is a fast paced and stimulating unit. The immense variety of patients and diagnosis’ enables staff to grow professionally and personally. Baird 3 provides a foundation for one to flourish, evolve and advance their skills. On-call: Not required Requirements: - Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required. - ADN required, BSN preferred. - Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
