Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 2 years Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history License in hand 3-5 years of Level I or large Level II experience required Preferred Qualifications Preferred experience - CRITICAL CARE - Advanced hemodynamic monitoring - ICP Monitoring (SICU/NCCU) - Ventilated patients - Pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications - Assist with line insertion and maintenance - Lines /tubes/ drains for post surgical patients - Ventriculostomies, Lumbar Drains, Bolts, EVD (SICU/NCCU/ PICU) - PA lines and waveform interpretation (CVCC) Facility Location Lebanon is located in idyllic Grafton County, just south of Hanover.
