qualified Home Health RN in Southborough, Massachusetts, 01772! Job
Title: Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days/Part•Time Location:
Southborough, MA Job Description: Join our team as a part•time Home
Health Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care to patients
in their homes on a 13•week contract, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high•quality nursing care and
patient education. • Collaborate on patient care plans. • Use EMR
systems; Home Care Home Base experience preferred. • Maintain
accurate documentation. Requirements: • Valid MA RN License and BLS
Certification. • 2 years of Home Health RN experience. • OASIS
documentation experience preferred. Schedule: • 24 hours per week,
day shifts. • No on•call; flexibility to float if needed.
Additional Information: • COVID•19 vaccination not required. • Any
