Department Summary: The Division of Gastroenterology,
Hepatology, and Nutrition is part of Boston Children's Hospital,

discover, and to work Key responsibilities: Working in our busy
Gastrointestinal and Renal Sub-specialty programs caring for
infants, children, adolescents and young adults with illnesses
affected the GI or Renal systems. Receiving and/or registering
patients, visitors and staff for appointments. Collecting,
verifying and recording required information, obtaining records,
files and/or results for appointments and entering related
information on appropriate computer systems. Assisting clinician
during examinations; obtaining, measuring and recording routine
information such as temperature and blood pressure, weights,
heights and lengths. Collecting specimens. Performing other related
duties according to specific needs of clinic. Working 40 hours per
week: Monday through Friday in Needham with occ rotation to Boston.
Minimum qualifications: Education: A HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience : 1 year of Clinical Assistant experience or related
healthcare experience. Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this
role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to
organizational needs. The posted pay range is Boston Children’s
reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of
posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience,
education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related
