Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • COVID vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network. Additional Details: Required skills and experience: 2 years tele experience required. Experience in a large, teaching facility required. M/S Tele experience. Required credentials: M/S or Gerontology certification.
