Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Family Practice - Discipline: Physician Assistant - Start Date: 05/01/2026 - Duration: 28 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Start: May 2026 – Nov 30, 2026 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM Call: None Overview: PACE program serving complex elderly/disabled patients. Smaller patient panels (~70) with a focus on comprehensive, team-based care. Responsibilities: Primary care for PACE participants Manage chronic & acute conditions Interdisciplinary team collaboration Clinic, home, nursing home, or phone/in-basket coverage EMR: EPIC Requirements Active MA license Flu vaccine required (no exceptions) Recent supervisor reference Travel, Lodging and Malpractice will be covered.
