Job Description:

Title: RN - PCU-TELE Schedule: 12H Rotating (Day/Night) Assignment Details: Contract Length: 16-32 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Requirements: - AHA BLS - AHA ACLS - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required prior to start - Minimum of 2 years of experience - Experience in cardiology with exposure to post-cath, STEMI, and structural heart patients - EPIC experience within the past 2 years Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit. - Monitor patient vitals and manage care plans effectively. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. - Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans. - Float to other units within a central pool as needed. Compliance / Notes: - Minimum of every other weekend required for scheduling. - Orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays. - Reliable transportation is necessary, as public transportation is not available in the area. - All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
