Job Description:

Outpatient Dialysis RN – Chronic Renal Patients Schedule: - Shifts: 8/9/10/12 hours as needed - Must be flexible with schedule - Saturday requirements Assignment Details: - Contract Length: 4 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Requirements: - AHA BLS Certification - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience - Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience - EPIC experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable) - License must be on file at the time of submission Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to chronic renal patients in an outpatient setting - Administer medication and treatments as prescribed - Monitor patients' health and respond to their needs - Educate patients and families about chronic renal disease management Compliance / Notes: - Public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable transportation is required. - Personal vehicle or rental vehicle is strongly recommended. - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during the months of November through April.
