TITLE: RRT – Adult ICU & ED/NICU SCHEDULE: - Shift: 12H Night - Weekends as needed, no call, schedule flexibility is a must. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: - Contract Length: 4 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: Not specified REQUIREMENTS: - AHA BLS - AHA ACLS - AHA PALS - Must be RRT (CRT will not be accepted) - A minimum of 1 year of experience - Epic experience within the past 2 years is required - Teaching hospital experience required ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide direct patient care to adults in ICU and ED settings, and manage critically ill patients in NICU level III. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans. - Monitor patient status and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and hospital protocols. - Document all patient interactions and treatments in accordance with facility procedures. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to team meetings. COMPLIANCE / NOTES: - Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area; reliable transportation is required. - Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November to April. - All work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) must be complete to submit.
