What You ll Do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for children and adolescents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Utilize CPI training to manage crises and ensure safety
• Document clinical findings, treatment progress, and outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility policies

What You Need
Required:

• Massachusetts medical license
• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• CPI training completed
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience working within a hospital or community-based mental health setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
