Community Bridges, founded in
1982, is a non-profit agency with a mission to advance the
integration, growth, and interdependence of people with
developmental disabilities within their own communities. We
currently serve approximately 1100 individuals in the greater
Capitol Area. Community Bridges assures and maintains the
integration, growth and interdependence of people with disabilities
in their home communities so they have positive control over the
lives they have chosen for themselves. Community Bridges is a
leader in the development of and advocacy for innovative approaches
in supporting families.
We are currently looking for Certification
Coordinator in Concord, NH!
The Certification Program Coordinator is responsible to provide
certification related administrative duties 80% of the time
preparing for certification, and Quality assurance of certified
programs and care tasks 20% of the time. Responsible for all
certification related activities in community residences and tasks
as needed by the Residential and Day Services Program. Assists in
QA/administrative functions for nursing team.
Education: Associated Degree (Years of
education can be substituted for years of experience).
Experience: 2 years' experience in the
human service or related field with persons with disabilities
desirable. Demonstrable technology competencies and administrative
experience working in a fast paced environment.
The starting rate for this position is $13.50 an hour.
