SummaryAnalyzes, designs, develops, implements, evaluates, and maintains the formal training program for all new and established non-clinical staff working within the Revenue Cycle. Develops highly effective and engaging training programs that increase organizational effectiveness, improve performance, and maintain staff competencies.EducationFour years of formal training or education beyond the high school level (e.g., Bachelors Degree).Certification, Registration, and LicensureNone required.ExperienceMinimum of three years related experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and group facilitation; or equivalent combination of education and experience.ResponsibilitiesDesigns and develops both new hire and continuing education trainings to address needs identified inneeds assessment.Facilitates Revenue Cycle training programs.Develops, revises, and maintains policies, procedures and support materials and makes them accessible to end users.Conducts needs assessments to determine training needs of assigned departments.Participates in process improvement initiatives.Commits to continual learning and professional development.Performs other duties as assigned.Concord Hospital is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
