Description: Imagine YOU as Merchants Fleets newest Strategic
Account ExecutiveYou will orchestrate all resources to support
accounts deemed as strategic within the Merchants Fleet portfolio
and serve as the senior person responsible for communicating across
stakeholders, overseeing execution of customizations, achieving
growth targets, negotiating with, and advocating for client(s);
carrying the ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction.

Build and maintain relationships with
all key internal and external stakeholders associated with the
strategic account to fully support and ensure ongoing success and
business continuity with the client(s)
Maintain communication channels with
Executive Leadership, including CEO
Develop and lead key client
relationships and operate as strategic contact, ultimately
responsible for overall client satisfaction
Foster a deep working relationship
with client(s) (by frequently exchanging professional
correspondence such as quote calculations, order commitments, and
sales communications that are in accordance with the companys brand
standards and in harmony with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Seek growth and expansion
opportunities from clients to achieve specified sales targets and
work collaboratively with the RSM and VP of Strategic Pursuits
through the sales cycle Proactively provide consultation to and
recommend valuable strategies and best practices to increase client
satisfaction and improve profitability Routinely plan, coordinate,
and conduct face-to-face client visitations Effectively collaborate
cross-functionally with sales, operations, technology, and
corporate functions as needed to effectively create, implement, and
manage timely delivery of customizations, responses to inquiries,
and drive a positive client experience Rationalize technology
requests and engage appropriate areas of the business to ensure
that all changes are driving maximum value to the portfolio
Determine, analyze, and report client Key Performance Indicators to
the business Create detailed business plans to facilitate the
attainment of goals Skills:
Exceptional relationship building
abilities Executive presence Strong communication, persuasion,
collaboration, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence
across functions without authority to sell, design, and execute
Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to
travel Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, Internet
Research, Visio, Project Management, Power Point, Sales proposal
software and CRM Strong presentation skills Your Experience and
Education:
Minimum of 8 years in Account
Management and Client Experience (preferable in Fleet Management)
Experience interacting with executives and influencing
cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
Progressive experience in managing accounts and using strong
communication, sales, and client service skills Ability to learn
and work in the Fleet Management/Leasing industry Bachelors Degree
