Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a remote, contract Website Marketing Representative (French/English Bilingual) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients by ensuring they are getting the most out of their website and services. You will use your foundational knowledge of website marketing and associated tools, as well as a good understanding of website analytics, to educate and inform clients with varying levels of technological understanding.

This position is a temporary, contract role expected to last 6-12 months with the potential to go permanent. The work hours will be 8 AM - 5 PM (CT). This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.



Responsibilities:



+ Customer Relationship Management



+ Maintain client relationships focused on customer satisfaction and retention



+ Host product and application webinars



+ Create video training tutorials related to products and applications



+ Educate clients on product and program enhancements



+ Help Clients create & Maintain websites



+ Analytics overviews



+ Site updates/improvement suggestions



+ Search engine optimization discussions



+ Compliance monitoring and management



+ Create Corporate Client reports as needed



+ Maintain and track communication with clients



+ Support Helpdesk and Onboarding teams as needed



+ Support Client Services Manager as needed



Requirements:



+ Written and verbal fluency in both English and French



+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred



+ 1 -3 years of customer service experience



+ Familiarity with websites, website hosting, html, css, JavaScript and other web languages preferred



+ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems



+ Comfortable speaking in public (small to large groups) and enjoy talking to others



+ Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, html, wisiwig web editors, ticketing systems & email/chat platforms



+ Strong organizational and logistical thinking skills with precise attention to detail



+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
