Our client is currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in New HampshireResponsibilities:Plan and direct the activities of sanitation personnel during 3rd shiftAssist in the daily evaluation of product quality to ensure compliance with established standardsEnsure proper training of sanitation personnel to follow work rules and proceduresSupport compliance to plant quality and food safety systems, pest control, sanitation, environmental policy, corrective action policy, etc.Evaluate job performance of sanitation personnel and take corrective action as neededEnsures master sanitation schedules are maintained.Conduct inspections and initiate corrective action as neededOrders all cleaning chemicals and maintains adequate levels are cleaning inventoryParticipate and lead continuous improvement efforts for the departmentRequirements/Skills:Bachelor's degree is preferred but additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree3+ years of quality or sanitation leadership experience in the food industryKnowledge of food safety programs and systems: GFSI (BRC or SQF preferred), internal auditing, cGMPs, HACCPCIP experience requiredMicrobiological and sanitation experience preferredOpen to 3rd shiftPlease send resumes to MWeeks judge.comUI 894333
