You'll work closely with the team to ensure timely and regulatory compliant mortgage loan closings. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking or mortgage industry, particularly in loan processing or closing.Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of a Loan Closing Administrator, but are not limited to:Work closely with the Single-Family Housing Team to ensure timely and regulatory compliant mortgage loan closings.Review mortgage loan applications and supporting documentation.Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other parties involved in the loan closing process.Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.Communicate with clients, borrowers, and other stakeholders regarding loan status and closing information.Follow up with clients on any required documentation to ensure timely closings.Contribute to the overall success of the lending program by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.The CompanyWe are nationally recognized as an innovative organization in the field of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) and have a rich history of providing financing and support that people with low and moderate incomes need to become financially independent and have access to affordable housing, quality jobs, childcare, and vital community services.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion have always been key to our success.
