POSITION SUMMARY
CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
professional to join our team as a Senior Manager of IT Resiliency
testing, part of the Infrastructure Operations & Service Delivery
organization. You will be responsible for the creation and
maintenance of the resiliency testing strategy along with managing
the overall operational execution of the Technology Resiliency
tests for the technology organization including overseeing the
planning, execution, reporting and evaluation of resiliency &
disaster recovery (DR) tests to ensure the effectiveness and
readiness of our organization's availability and recovery plans.
You will play a critical role in identifying the what/why/how/when
as it relates to resiliency testing, improving recovery procedures,
minimizing downtime and improving availability of our critical
applications and infrastructure.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years
relevant experience)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $260,590.00.
The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography,
and other factors. This role is eligible for bonuses, commissions,
or incentives, and includes an equity award target. Benefits
