Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Support
Associate who is fluent in Spanish and English and will work
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and resolve complex issues related to brokers, groups, or
members concerning insurance benefits, claims, enrollment, and
billing
Establish rapport and build confidence with external brokers
regarding Healthcare Insurance
Provide concierge-level support to brokers as they sell the
company's products in the market
Required Qualifications
1 year or more of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Computer experience
