The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of supply chain management in the food industry. This role is on site at the comanufacturer location 5 days a week unless company directed travel. Expect company related travel to include day trips to nearby sites (3 PL, nearby suppliers, etc) and occasional trips to HQ (Tustin, CA). Total between 2-3 days a month.Responsibilities:

• Run Supply Plans in the Netsuite MRP based on production schedules and inventory levels to ensure that our Eastern US manufacturing sites are able to execute to plan.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage component inventory on site, including analyzing inventory data to identify potential shortages, excesses, or obsolescence and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate records of material purchases, transfers, and inventory levels using Netsuite ERP.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, quality control, and logistics, to optimize material flow and minimize waste while enhancing attainment and adherence.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in material planning, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Netsuite ERP a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control practices is desirable.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification based on company needs and industry requirements.
