parental leaveThe Business Systems Analyst serves as the liaison
between the IT Department and business stakeholders responsible for
evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement,
and developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and
productivity. This role will be required to collaborate
cross-functionally with other departments to gather and analyze
data and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives.This
position is part of the ERP team in Richmond, Virginia, and will be
onsite.In this role, a typical day will look like:Use various root
cause analysis methods to deliver objective analysis for resolving
system issues and identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and
areas of improvement.Partner with business stakeholders to obtain
an understanding of processes and requirement needs.Coordinate
meetings with cross-functional departments to create current and
future state process maps and KPI metrics from all impacted
stakeholders.Document and communicate business requirement changes,
enhancements, and modifications - verbally and through written
documentationCreate and maintain requirements traceability
matrices, as well as functional design documentation.Create,
maintain, and perform Quality Assurance TestingUtilize the SDLC
methodology to deliver technical solutions.Research, investigate,
and document transaction flow both inside and outside a system
using various tools.Collaborate with external third-party vendors,
contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance the
system.Regularly monitor processes and seek opportunities for
continuous optimization of processes.Stay abreast of industry best
practices, new technologies, and new releases impacting business
processesThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a
related field, OR Minimum of 4 years related IT experience, OR
Demonstrated IT Certification (D365 and/or BSA preferred)3 Years
Business Requirements gathering experience3 years Quality Assurance
or System Testing experience3 Years Business Process mapping
experience3+ years of experience in supporting business functions
in report to record and logistics in Microsoft D365, preferablyIt
would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Business
process analysis and improvementFinance or financial
backgroundProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWe anticipate this

compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may

salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not

needs.The compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000
