Client Services RepOverview of Position The Client Service Representative will be responsible for creating, reviewing, distributing, and improving reports for select clients and our internal management team.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Update BPI reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis for assigned groups of clients.Review and distribute eClient reports on a weekly or monthly basis to internal team and / or client distribution list.Run MMIS English reports for report creation and / or verification.Analyze data to provide feedback on both positive and negative trends.Create client scorecards for client finance department adhering to strict deadlines for completion.Update clients referring physician list by reviewing NPPES registry website and or Medicare CMS website.Ensure list of new physicians are communicated to analyst to load data into MMIS system.Create institutional invoices with strong attention to detail related to fees.Update physician info and documents and ensure attestation every 90 days for group of physicians.Support Senior Manager as a backup to weekly core measures report (Excel / graphs and charts)Update mapping to various BPI reports as needed.Support client managers with monthly operations reporting required for senior leadership.Ad hoc reports as requested.Complete line-item requests for assigned clients.Develop new reports based on requisitions from leadership team.What are the requirements needed for this position?Associate Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or equivalent3+ years of related work experience; revenue cycle experience preferredAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office : Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables and some advanced formulas)Access databases would be a plus.VBA Programming in Excel and Access would be a plus.Strong customer service experienceWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Knowledge of MMIS and MDIV system reports, including English reporting.Advanced SAP Business Objects experience and skill set.Power BI or Tableau experience is desired.SharePoint experience is desired.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Represent the office/Organization in a positive manner; supports and encourages strong morale and spirit in his/her team.Can complete tasks and orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals and meet specific deadlines.Ability to solve difficult problems in a timely manner with efficient resolutionsWork well with others; ability to work with and communicate with individuals of varying disciplines including client leadership.What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?Remote office.
