ski resorts in the winter, vivid landscapes during the fall's prime
leaf-peeping months, and a range of outdoor activities in the
spring and summer. This is where good times are shared with friends
and family. Summary: Front Desk Agents provide service to
customers, answers inquiries pertaining to the resort services,
registration of Owners and guests and travel directions.
Responsible for handling, communicating and coordinating
owner/client need with the appropriate departments necessary to
perform excellent customer service, while performing specific front
office activities. Support efforts in meeting company guest
satisfaction goals. Has a support responsibility to all functional
officers, directors and managers.Essential Functions:Provides
customer service and support to guests with questions and inquiries
via phone, e-mail, direct mail and direct contactProvides an
enjoyable vacation experience from check in to check out. Educates
the guests on usage, on-site activities and area events and
attractionsPerforms as greeter and express check in agent for
Owners and guests upon arrivalRelays guest's messages and incoming
mailResponds to guest inquiries, questions, suggestions and
resolves minor complaints and discrepancies Follows up with the
Front Desk Supervisor, Asst. Resort Manager, Resort Manager, or
MOD, as appropriateCommunicates and enforces Resort policies and
proceduresProcesses paymentsSupports other departments in light
cleaning, maintenance, house-keeping, marketing, and HR activities
when neededProvides on-site activities, area attractions, events
and other vacation informationKeep areas clean and appropriately
stockedPerforms related duties as assigned or as the situation

Requirements:While performing the essential duties of this Job, the
employee is commonly required to stand, talk or hear. Additionally,
employees in this position are frequently required to walk; use
hands to lift, place, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel and crouch
when stocking, shelving, etc. Employees must frequently lift and
move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25
pounds. Lifting items over 25 pounds will be done with equipment or
