Description: About Us: Norfolk Hardware & Home Center has been
serving Boston and the surrounding communities since 1934. We are a
leader in the market delivering high-quality building materials to
a vast number of contractors and builders. We are seeking a dynamic
and results-oriented ProSales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities: * Sales: Manage and grow sales of building
materials, including paint, to contractors and builders within our
retail store as well as develop new customers. * Business
Development: Actively source new business opportunities by
prospecting, networking, and cold calling potential clients. *
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and
satisfaction. * Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest
building materials trends, products, and industry developments.
Requirements: To be qualified you will have: * A proven track
record of success in an inside sales role in the building materials
industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. *
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. * Excellent
organizational and time management skills. * Self-motivated and
driven to achieve sales targets. * Proficiency in sales techniques
