Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: 2 years tele experience required; Experience in a large, teaching facility required. Required Credentials: M/S or Gerontology certification. Unit and facility details: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April. Shift & Scheduling: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
