Job Description:

This inpatient RRT position supports adult and pediatric populations, including ICU, PICU, and Level III NICU patients, within a teaching hospital environment. The therapist manages a wide range of respiratory care services under RT-driven protocols and must demonstrate strong critical care competency. Schedule flexibility is required. No call. Reliable transportation is recommended due to limited public transit access. Requirements: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRT not accepted. Minimum 1 year of experience required. Experience in ICU (adult), PICU, and Level III NICU is mandatory, and NICU levels must be clearly documented in work history. Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (NRP required at submission). Teaching hospital experience required. Recent Epic experience (within 2 years) is required and nonnegotiable. Complete work history with explanations for gaps over 90 days must be included at submission.
